Effective Date: January 28, 2025
Hometrust Windows agrees to provide window and door replacement and installation services, including products from Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, OKNA, and Therma-Tru. All services will be executed as detailed in the signed contract and accompanying Scope of Work.
Hometrust Windows is fully licensed and insured to operate in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. All work complies with applicable state and local building codes and regulations.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen conditions or changes in project scope. Any alterations will be documented through a written Change Order signed by both parties.
For projects exceeding $5,000, a deposit not exceeding one-third of the total contract price is required upon signing. Subsequent payments will be scheduled.
Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval.
Hometrust Windows will obtain all necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise specified in the contract. Any fees associated with permits will be included in the project estimate.
Estimated start and completion dates will be provided in the contract. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen events will be communicated promptly. Hometrust Windows is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Any changes to the original Scope of Work must be documented in a written Change Order, including any adjustments to cost and timeline. Both parties must sign the Change Order before additional work commences.
Manufacturer Warranties: All products come with manufacturer warranties as provided by Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, OKNA, and Therma-Tru.
Labor Warranty: Hometrust Windows provides a [Insert Duration] warranty on labor and installation services.
Warranty details are outlined in the contract and accompanying documentation.
Customers must provide access to the property during scheduled work hours and ensure that work areas are clear of obstacles. Any special requirements or restrictions must be communicated before work begins.
Hometrust Windows is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid under the contract.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Customers have the right to cancel the contract within three business days of signing, as stipulated by HICPA. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
This document, along with the signed contract and Scope of Work, constitutes the entire agreement between Hometrust Windows and the customer. No other verbal or written agreements shall be binding.
